In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pak75", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" — refers to the pak75 online gaming platform operated at pak75.biz and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on pak75 or accesses any part of the pak75 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account created by a Player on pak75, through which the Player accesses all pak75 services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sports event, casino game, live dealer table, or other gaming product offered through pak75.
• "Balance" — refers to the PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's pak75 Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus credits as separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any credits, free bets, or promotional balances awarded to a Player by pak75 under a specific promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process that pak75 is required to conduct to verify a Player's identity, age, and payment details prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer products, slots, promotional programmes, and account management features available on pak75.

By registering an account on pak75, accessing any part of the pak75 platform, or placing any Wager through pak75, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pak75 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pak75. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account on pak75, must not access the pak75 platform, and must not place any Wager through pak75 Services.

Continued use of the pak75 platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Access to pak75 and the use of any pak75 Services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period during which the Account remains active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. pak75 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all Services and will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, maintain an Account, or place any Wager on the platform.
2. You are accessing pak75 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or corporate entity when placing Wagers on pak75, unless you have received express prior written authorisation from pak75 to do so.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of pak75 or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a close family member of any such individual.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from pak75 or had an Account terminated by pak75 for cause.

To access pak75 Services, you must complete the pak75 account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of the details you have provided change after registration.

pak75 permits each individual to hold only one registered Account at any time. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

As part of the KYC process, pak75 may require you to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account screen showing your registered mobile number);
• Any additional documentation that pak75 may reasonably require to satisfy its regulatory obligations.

pak75 reserves the right to suspend access to withdrawal functionality on any Account pending successful completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak75 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify pak75 immediately via the live chat support function or by email to [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your pak75 Account. pak75 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the affected Account following receipt of such notification.

pak75 shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or your failure to log out of your Account on a shared or public device.

pak75 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the pak75 Account cashier section.

All deposits made through JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pak75 Account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. Deposits made via bank transfer may take one to three business hours to be credited, depending on the processing time of your bank.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified pak75 Accounts to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to one business day. pak75 does not impose withdrawal processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

pak75 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification, internal security review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such circumstances, pak75 will inform the Player of the reason for the delay where permitted by applicable law and regulations.

pak75 offers various bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing Players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all pak75 bonuses and promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balance pools within your pak75 Account. Real-money funds are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
• pak75 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a promotion at any time, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account will be honoured subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's pak75 Account at any one time, unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit the stacking of bonuses.
• Players who open multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming a new-player bonus more than once will have all such bonuses voided and their Accounts permanently closed.

pak75 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings credited to a Player's Account in error or in circumstances where pak75 determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse.

All sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, and other gaming products offered through pak75 are governed by product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the pak75 platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product only.

pak75 sports betting markets are offered on events including but not limited to: PSL cricket, international cricket (Test, ODI, and T20I formats), Premier League and international football, snooker tournaments, tennis Grand Slams, UFC events, and other sports markets as made available on the platform from time to time.

pak75 reserves the right to void any Wager or suspend any market at any time in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed;
• Where a sporting event has been suspended, postponed, abandoned, or cancelled;
• Where pak75 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of an event has been compromised;
• Where a Wager has been placed in contravention of these Terms or the applicable product rules.

All casino game outcomes on pak75 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer products, by the physical outcome of the live game as operated in real time. pak75 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak75 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. pak75 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to forfeit any Balance held in such Account:

• Using any automated software, script, bot, crawler, scraper, or other non-human mechanism to access or interact with the pak75 platform;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic exploitation of pak75 bonus structures or odds discrepancies with the intent of generating risk-free or near-risk-free returns;
• Colluding with other Players, including at live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
• Using funds sourced from illegal activity to fund a pak75 Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, system malfunction, or incorrectly posted odds on the pak75 platform;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, collusion, or fraudulent play in poker or table game products;
• Registering more than one Account on pak75, regardless of the name, contact details, or payment method used;
• Accessing pak75 on behalf of another individual or allowing another individual to access your pak75 Account.

All content published on the pak75 platform, including but not limited to the pak75 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, user interface elements, software, game titles, graphics, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of pak75 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak75 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any pak75 content or software, whether in whole or in part.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak75 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the pak75 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

pak75's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pak75 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak75 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond pak75's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events) may result in temporary platform unavailability. pak75 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.

pak75 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. pak75 acknowledges that gaming can become problematic for some individuals and has implemented a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all Players at no cost from within the pak75 Account dashboard.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pak75 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their pak75 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, no further Wagers may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their pak75 Account.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of their current session and their net gaming position during that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no Wagers may be placed. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

pak75 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where pak75 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Where pak75 is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Where pak75 determines that continued operation of the Account poses a financial, reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to the platform;
• Where a Player has applied for self-exclusion under the pak75 Responsible Gaming policy;
• Where an Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of Terms, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are not returnable upon Account closure.

A Player who wishes to close their own pak75 Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting pak75 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.

pak75 collects, processes, and stores personal data about its Players in accordance with the pak75 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and pak75. By registering an Account on pak75, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the pak75 Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

pak75 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to fulfil its regulatory obligations, operate its payment processing infrastructure, or comply with a lawful order from a competent authority. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to pak75's operating licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your pak75 Account or any transaction on the platform, you should in the first instance contact pak75 support via the live chat function available in your Account dashboard. pak75 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and to providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through pak75's internal complaints process, Players may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under pak75's operating licence for independent adjudication. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from pak75 support upon request.

pak75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects the rights or obligations of Players — pak75 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of the change by publishing an announcement on the pak75 platform and, where the Player has provided a valid email address, by sending a notification to that email address.

Where an amendment is non-material, including but not limited to corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with regulatory requirements on short notice, pak75 may implement the amendment immediately upon publication without prior notice.
